Surer Market Signals is a weekly digest for independent agencies placing small-commercial, cyber and E&S risks. It exists because the market moves — appetite shifts, capacity lands, carriers expand state by state — well before any of it reaches a press release, and there was no feed that caught those changes early and said what to do about them.

We're not a newsroom and we're not an appetite-search platform. We read the market the way an underwriter does — scoring what changed by how much it matters for placement — and send you the handful of items worth acting on this week, each one sourced and ending in a concrete next step.
